Cinnamon essential oil is produced by steaming the leaves or bark of trees from the Cinnamomum family. It has a warm, sweet and spicy aroma that cleanses the air and creates a warming sensation on the skin. It is rich in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, cinnamon oil is a natural remedy for skin inflammations, rosacea and eczema.

1. Through smell:

+ Diffusing in an essential oil diffuser- A diffuser is a device that disperses tiny oil particles around the room so you can breathe them in + Steam inhalation: Put a few drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, then put a towel over your head and breathe in the steam.
