Patchouli essential oil is an oil that is produced from the leaves of the patchouli plant (Pogostemon cablin), a type of aromatic herb, part of the mint family. Patchouli oil improves the appearance of dry skin, reduces the appearance of blemishes, and has a calming and grounding aroma commonly used in perfumes that promotes feelings of calm and peace.

+ Steam inhalation: Put a few drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, then put a towel over your head and breathe in the steam.

+ Dry evaporation: Several drops of essential oil are placed on a cotton ball or tissue and allowed to evaporate into the air.

2. Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil, such as coconut or jojoba oil, to avoid skin irritation, then apply the mixed oils to your skin, and massage gently to allow it to absorb into the skin.

Storage: To prevent oxidation, essential oils need to be stored in a cool place away from heat and light
